F Fund Overview

Fixed Income Index Investment Fund

F Fund

  • Full Name: Fixed Income Index Investment Fund
  • Inception Date: January 1988

Objective

The F Fund’s investment objective is to match the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index, a broad index representing the U.S. bond market.

Risk

F Fund returns move up and down with the bond market (market risk). Investors are also exposed to credit default risk, inflation risk, and prepayment risk if falling rates lead bonds in the index to be paid back early.
